プライバシーポリシー（個人情報保護方針）

1. はじめに

NK-FIELD（以下「当事業者」といいます）は、本アプリの提供において取得する個人情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。ご利用前にお読みください。

2. 取得する情報

本アプリは、お客様が入力・作成したデータをお使いの端末内に保存します。当事業者はサーバーを保有しておらず、これらのデータを取得・送信・閲覧することはありません。ただし、本アプリを無料で提供するための広告の表示に限り、下記「広告の表示で処理される情報」が広告配信事業者（Google LLC の Google AdMob）へ送信されます。

【当事業者が取得する情報】

  • ありません。本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、当事業者が利用状況の収集・解析や位置情報の取得を行うことはありません。

【端末内にのみ保存される情報（当事業者は取得しません）】

  • 設定（効果音・振動・表示・言語など）
  • 戦績（勝敗の数）
  • 中断中の対局の棋譜

これらのデータが端末外に送信されることはありません。

【広告の表示で処理される情報】

  • 広告の配信、表示回数の計測、不正な操作の防止のため、本アプリに組み込んだ Google AdMob のソフトウェア（SDK）が、IP アドレス、端末の機種・OS・言語、アプリのバージョン、広告の表示・タップの記録などを Google に送信します。Android 端末では、端末の広告 ID も送信されます。
  • iOS では、広告を表示する前に、トラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）をお尋ねします。許可された場合に限り、より関連性の高い広告を表示するため、端末の広告識別子（IDFA）も Google に送信されます。許可しない場合は IDFA は送信されず、本アプリのすべての機能をこれまでどおり利用できます。許可は端末の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。
  • 表示する広告は、家族向け（一般向け）の内容に制限しています。
  • 欧州経済領域・英国・スイスなど、法令により同意が必要な地域では、広告を表示する前に Google の同意管理の仕組みで同意を確認します。同意の内容は、アプリ内の設定画面からいつでも確認・変更できます。
  • Google による情報の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従います。

3. 利用目的

当事業者は個人情報を取得しないため、当事業者としての利用目的はありません。広告の表示で Google に送信される情報は、Google が広告の配信・計測・不正防止のため、およびお客様の設定や地域の法令が認める範囲で広告のパーソナライズのために利用します。端末内のデータは、本アプリの機能（対局・戦績の表示・設定の保存）を提供するためにのみ、お客様の端末内で処理されます。

4. 第三者提供

以下の場合を除き、第三者に個人情報を提供しません。

  • ユーザーの同意がある場合
  • 法令に基づく場合
  • 広告の配信を Google LLC（Google AdMob）に委ねる場合（第 2 条「広告の表示で処理される情報」が同社へ送信されます）

5. 外国にある第三者への提供

広告の表示のため、第 2 条の情報が Google LLC（米国）へ送信され、米国その他の国で処理される場合があります。同社は、同社のプライバシーポリシーおよびデータ処理規約に基づく安全管理措置を講じています。米国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している情報をご参照ください。

6. 安全管理

  • 広告のための通信は HTTPS で暗号化されます。お客様が入力したデータ（名前等）が広告のために送信されることはありません。
  • 端末内のデータは、OS が提供するアプリ間のデータ分離（サンドボックス）により他のアプリから保護されます。
  • 端末の紛失・盗難に備え、画面ロック（パスコード・生体認証）の設定を推奨します。
  • アプリを削除すると、端末内の設定・戦績・中断中の対局も削除されます。

7. 保有期間

  • 広告の表示で Google に送信された情報の保存期間は、Google のポリシーに従います。
  • 端末内のデータは、お客様が削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで端末内に保存されます。保存期間はお客様の管理下にあります。

8. ユーザーの権利

  • 当事業者は個人情報を保有しないため、開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求の対象となる情報がありません。
  • 同意が必要な地域では、アプリ内の設定画面から広告に関する同意をいつでも変更できます。
  • 広告 ID は、端末の設定（Android: Google の設定の「広告」、iOS: プライバシーとセキュリティの設定）からリセット・削除できます。
  • Google が保有する情報の確認・削除は、Google のプライバシーポリシーに記載の方法で行えます。
  • 端末内のデータは、アプリをアンインストールすることで、お客様ご自身でいつでも削除できます。本ポリシーに関するご質問は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

9. お子様のプライバシー

  • 本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子様による利用を主たる対象としていません。
  • 13 歳未満のお子様は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
  • 当事業者が、保護者の同意なく 13 歳未満のお子様の個人情報を取得したことが判明した場合、速やかに当該情報を削除します。
  • 居住国の法令がより高い年齢（例：EU の一部地域では 16 歳）を定める場合は、当該年齢を適用します。

10. Cookie および類似技術

本アプリは Cookie を使用しません。広告の表示のため、Google AdMob の SDK が端末内に広告の設定や同意の状態を保存する場合があります（Google のポリシーに従います）。

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

the Operator ("NK-FIELD") establishes this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information obtained in connection with the provision of this app. Please read it before use.

2. Information We Collect

This app stores the data you enter and create on your own device. The Operator maintains no servers and never collects, transmits, or views that data. However, solely to show the ads that let us offer the app for free, the information described below under "Information processed to show ads" is sent to an ad network (Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC).

[Information the Operator collects]

  • None. This app requires no account registration, and the Operator itself performs no usage analytics or location collection.

[Information stored only on your device (not collected by the Operator)]

  • Settings (sound, vibration, display options, language, etc.)
  • Game stats (numbers of wins, losses and draws)
  • The move record of a game in progress

This data is never sent outside your device.

[Information processed to show ads]

  • To deliver ads, count impressions, and prevent invalid activity, the Google AdMob software (SDK) built into this app sends Google information such as your IP address, device model, OS and language, app version, and records of ad views and taps. On Android devices, the device's advertising ID is also sent.
  • On iOS, before showing ads, this app asks for your permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). Only if you allow it, the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is also sent to Google to show you more relevant ads. If you do not allow it, the IDFA is not sent and you can use every feature of this app as usual. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Ads shown are limited to content suitable for general and family audiences.
  • In regions where the law requires consent, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, consent is confirmed through Google's consent management before ads are shown. You can review or change your choices at any time from the app's settings screen.
  • Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

3. Purposes of Use

Because the Operator collects no personal information, the Operator itself has no purposes of use. Information sent to Google to show ads is used by Google to deliver and measure ads, prevent invalid activity, and, to the extent your settings and local law allow, personalize ads. Data on your device is processed solely on that device in order to provide the app's features (playing games, showing your stats and saving your settings).

4. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

  • When the user has consented
  • When required by law
  • When ad delivery is entrusted to Google LLC (Google AdMob); the information described in Section 2 under "Information processed to show ads" is sent to that company

5. Provision to Third Parties Located Overseas

To show ads, the information described in Section 2 is sent to Google LLC (United States) and may be processed in the United States and other countries. The company takes security measures under its privacy policy and data processing terms. For information on the personal-information protection system in the United States, please refer to the information published by the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan.

6. Security Management

  • Communication for ads is encrypted with HTTPS. Data you enter (such as names) is never sent for ads.
  • Data on the device is protected from other apps by the data isolation (sandbox) provided by the operating system.
  • We recommend enabling a screen lock (passcode or biometrics) in case the device is lost or stolen.
  • Deleting the app also deletes the settings, stats and any game in progress stored on the device.

7. Retention Period

  • Information sent to Google to show ads is retained according to Google's policies.
  • Data on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the app. The retention period is under your control.

8. User Rights

  • Because the Operator holds no personal information, there is no information subject to requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.
  • In regions where consent is required, you can change your ad consent at any time from the app's settings screen.
  • You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your device settings (Android: "Ads" in Google settings; iOS: Privacy & Security settings).
  • You can review or delete information held by Google as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • You can delete the data on your device at any time by uninstalling the app. For questions about this Policy, please contact us through the inquiry form.

9. Children's Privacy

  • This app is not primarily intended for use by children under the age of 13.
  • Children under 13 should use this app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • If the Operator becomes aware that it has collected the personal information of a child under 13 without parental consent, it will promptly delete that information.
  • Where the law of your country of residence specifies a higher age (for example, 16 in parts of the EU), that age applies.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This app does not use cookies. To show ads, the Google AdMob SDK may store ad settings and consent status on your device (under Google's policies).
